at17c uses Postnord for domestic (Denmark) and EU orders.
We use UPS for all orders outside EU.

All our shipping-rates are based upon weight and location.

All orders are fully traceable.

As soon as we dispatch your order you will receive an email with a tracking number. We dispatch within our office’s opening hours (Monday-Friday).

DELIVERY TIMES

All delivery times are estimates. Additional transit time may occur - especially for remote areas or offshore islands. Please allow processing time prior to dispatching.

DENMARK: 2-3 weekdays

EUROPE:

- Zone 1: Germany, Sweden, Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg: 2-3 weekdays

- Zone 2: Iceland, France, Italy, Monaco, Switzerland, Austria, Liechtenstein: 3-4 weekdays

- Zone 3: Slovakia, Slovenia, Czechia, Poland, Bulgaria, Estonia, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Hungary: 3-6 weekdays

- Zone 4: UK, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cyprus, Kosovo, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, San Marino, Serbia, Vatican City, Greece: 4-7 weekdays

- Rest of Europe: 7-15 weekdays

THE WORLD:

PICK-UP:

We offer pick-up at our Copenhagen office. Pick-up can be arranged every weekday 9-17. Contact us on e-mail to book an appointment.

RETURN POLICY

at17c offers returns within 14 days of receiving the product.

NB: We do currently not accept returns on any of our limited edition products.

Returned goods must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains and odour, in their original packaging and containing all tags, or will otherwise not be accepted.

Return shipping costs, as well as any custom duties, are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so we strongly advise you to send the package with a traceable service, so it can be located.
